The metal chip briquetting machine is mainly used to process various metal chips (iron chips, copper chips, stainless steel chips, aluminum chips, etc.), granular metal powders (iron powder, aluminum powder, copper powder, lead powder, etc.), smelting additives, Sponge iron (disposable reduced iron), etc. are pressed into high-density cylindrical cakes without adding any binder, and the cake density can reach more than 5T/m3. The entire process does not require heating, additives, or other processes, which facilitates storage and transportation and reduces losses during recycling and reuse.
The metal chip briquetting machine is divided into two types: vertical briquetting machine and horizontal briquetting machine. It mainly consists of the following components:
①Host machine: It consists of frame, main hydraulic cylinder, pushing hydraulic cylinder, bottom plate hydraulic cylinder, supporting mold frame and mold, pressure head, etc.
②Hydraulic station: It consists of a motor, a hydraulic pump, a pump protection device, a control valve block and a piping system connected to the briquetting machine.
③Console: composed of electrical system and PLC control system.
The main technical features of the metal chip briquetting machine produced by our company: the electrical part is controlled by PC, with strong anti-interference, high degree of automation and simple operation. The hydraulic station adopts the integrated HDYJ Jielong professional valve block and Datong warped valve, which eliminates oil leakage, reduces the oil temperature of the system, and improves the stability of the system. The frame part adopts integral steel castings, which improves the reliability, stability and service life of the equipment. The oil cylinder adopts tandem oil cylinder, which improves the movement speed and production efficiency. According to the user's working conditions, it is also equipped with a spiral automatic feeder and a chain-type automatic discharger, which reduces the labor intensity of workers. Without adding any additives, various granular and powdered cast iron, aluminum, copper, magnesium, titanium, molybdenum, etc. can be pressed into high-density briquettes and directly put into the furnace for smelting, which greatly reduces costs.
